It's extremely rare on Kazaa. You're better of getting eMule and downloading it with that. You can get the hashes here...

It's an enormous download !!
The game itself now sells at discount prices so that might save a lot of time.

how come the donload aint starting??? do i have to connect to a server? im new to emule... and which server should i go in ?? if tahts the problem

eMule uses a ratio system, which means you have to share a few files before your downloads will start. The more you share, the better DL speeds you'll get. As for the servers, read this post...
