To make sure Taskbar Shuffle runs smoothly, disable the taskbar button grouping option in Windows XP:

1. Click Start > Settings > Taskbar and Start Menu
2. UNcheck the "Group similar taskbar buttons" option if it's checked
3. Click the OK button
4. Enjoy feeling less retarded

Some icons open when left clicking which may be an issue and even those that dont do nothing with this...

Once you download, install, and run Taskbar Shuffle, left-click and drag the programs/buttons on your Windows taskbar to re-arrange them

When you're moving explorer jumps right up.
I didn't notice though, and once you drop the cpu usage goes back to 0.

@Rozz - i only use it for when i have alot open etc and need to fix etc hence the glitch is ok
