if anything, it makes more sense in a sexual pleasing way as you know more about their body. as long as both are consenting adults, there isn't any reason why they shouldn't do as they wish. (to each other)

I have to say that I don't fancy the idea of
its quite uncomfortable as it is for stuff coming out,without things being shoved iin.
The muscles in that region are designed to push stuff out,having had the Dr check up there for prostate problems with just a finger,I can tell you I wouldn't be letting anything else be shoved up there,couldn't walk properly for a couple of hours afterwards.
