Unauthorized IP address

I hope i'm posting it in the right place.

when i tried to enter torrentbytes today it gave me the message 403 forbidden
Unauthorized IP address, from what i understand it means i banned.

now the problem is i dont understand why cuz my ratio was 1.5 and my seeds are still working.

i dont know how to contact an admin so i can understand what happend.
i always seed and i upload almost 24/7.
altough i have a poor upload stream, about 13 kb/s i still do my best.

so i'll be very happy if anyone can help me contact an admin or help me find what happend.

Well it could be any number of reasons...

Cheating
Invite Cheater
Dup Accounts
Hit n Run
Banned Client (Using a cracked or old BT client) Most the time that would be warning to change to new version.
IP Ban range (Could have banned someone using IP range and your IP was in that range)

Best thing to do is hope you still have the signup email that you get sent because that has contact info... If not then just have to wait and see if someone has contact info they can give you.

well if i really did any of the things you said i wouldnt of asked the qustion
the IP Ban range is what i tought also.

i forgot about the contact mail, i hope i still got it, thx for remainding me!
Edit: well i found the signup mail and it didnt have any contact info.

so if there is any one that is signed there or have any way to contact the admin please help me.
I know it's seems desperate but i just like this site and i just want to know what happend.

and if it was a mistake of some sort i just to make it undone.

some how i already got to the channel and found out what happend.
my isp and other isp's from my country was banned, damm.
