That would be Biggie (I'm completely unbiased, honest!
both good voice and rap style
both good hits
both dead
only Biggie was just...how do you say it....more badass B)

I loved 2pac, so he wins
tupac easily wins in my opinion
fuck Derby County
where's the competition, I don't get it. Biggie was great and will be remembered for that but he doesn't come close to tupac, now I'm a fan of neither (so my opinions unbiased) and the skill tupac has is way ahead that notorius B.I.G and the hits are way better. Now one thing which always works in ones favour is death, its true. If eminem was to be killed he would be remembered as amazing where as if he grew old and passed away he wouldn't be remembered in the same way. But, in this case both are dead so there's no such advantage. Enough of the blabbing, tupac's better.
Tupac !!
2Pac by far he was rough raw and real all around. if u have the three R's in ur music and get the exposure ur gonna be big
that settles that then, 2pac is alot better than biggie
fuck Derby County
I would have to agree... Pac was the beattles of the rap game.
As great as biggie is... Pac was just better... and pac never really had the production big had, till he went to death row, (all eyez on me... etc...)
Pac was harder, rougher... felt more from the street...
Big, yea, he was too, dont get me wrong... but big seemed to be more about the spoils of the game, then the struggles.. (yes, he rapped about the stuggles, juicy, and others... but it seemed that big didnt want to dwell on the hardships, as much as pac)... big more or less, started the money, bitches, expensive shit... theme that ran through rap... but to a lesser extent, then trash like cash money, and others, took it even further..
but... Pacs got him beat... he is a Icon...
