Re: the original subject, the Nebraska A.G. is taking a run at an amended sentence on this guy, and is going to try to get him the prescribed ten year sentence.

    Keep your fingers crossed.

because he is only 5'1" tall and he would have a hard time in prison.

    story

And there I was concerned that a pervert could get off on an entrapment technicality with the dateline show

He was tall enough to do the crime.... lock him up.

If I were a judge (a real one, I mean), I'd sentence him to attempt a sexual molestation of, say, a husky 220 lb. seventeen-year-old high school linebacker of decidedly heterosexual orientation.

If he managed to escape unbruised...I guess I'd have to set him free, right?

I commented - That would be how you know it then.

I have no idea what killing your wife (or anyone's for that matter) has to do with it.

Oh and, a small thing, please don't use a full stop and a question mark. It's grammar run mad.
Hey whats my Grandma got to do with this ?

The full stop was a period after your name, out of respect .

Engrish was never my strong point tho . I hate my new spell checker too .

I have an idea remember those old schoul desks ? Let short stuff jump from there with a rope around his neck . Why do we have more compassion for the criminal than the victim ?

Dad beat him ,mom sexually abused him yada yada sad yes but he had a choice to harm someone where as the victim has no choice .

    Beyond that, though:

Sexual predators are remarkably resistant to rehabilitation, so the facts of how they came to be that way are of little ultimate consequence.

Do we keep up a pretense of rehabilitation out of some vain and misguided sense of fairness/guilt?

Mom and Dad (or Uncle "Buck") may be to blame for the problem, yet society is left to suffer.

as she see could n't see him .
