I see your a newbie, go to the download section of this site and download the latest codec pack, that should do it.

YOU NEED TO GET THE CODEC FOR THE MOVIE.

sred2003 you're fairly new, but trshady has been around long enough to know that installing the newest codec pack may solve the problem but it doesn't teach this new person how to diagnos and fix it himself in the future. Along with that advice we should always try to give them some knowledge about figuring out what their problem is on their own, so they don't have to post every question. In this case, use Gspot to figure out what codec it was encoded with that you are obviously lacking. It is in the klcodec pack or you can get it here. You can also use avi codec to diagnose the problem. It is a little less detailed but integrates into explorer so you can access it with a right click.
