    There was a short power failure in the netherlands (region Amsterdam) wich disconnected the biggest Internet switchpoint in the Netherlands, the AIX (Amsterdam Internet Exchange). It gave a pretty unique sight on their stats...

    Normally there would have shown around 140GB

    It was just an small part of the AMS-IX ring... looked pretty cool yes... some of my DSL users which where connect through KPN where having problems... stranges thing is only one of them lived in Amsterdam :$
    The coolest is they said some years ago the ring could not be affected... well you see now...
