I Have Dvd Burner And Ps2 Dvd Player

I need help. I used to have a mod chip but I no longer do. Is a mod chip needed to play burnt DVD'S on the ps2's DVD player? If not where can I find a good tutorial on how to make and burn a dvd specifically for the ps2 player?

i do no that the ps2 will play dvd+ discs with out a mod chip, but iom not sure bout them playing dvd- disc's

they do not boot up standard dvd copys u do yourself without being chipped

sorry but they do mate ive got a dvd+ burner and i use record now max to burn my dvd's and they work on my ps2
