Thread: NBA Finals 2006 - Miami or Dallas?

  1. #1
I just have to say, I love both teams and all their players.

I guess I'm leaning more towards Dallas but there are some playes on Miami that truly deserve a championship. Like Gary Payton, Alonzo and Jason Williams.

At the same time there are also guys on Dallas that deserve it.

I don't know. I'll be happy no matter who wins. But thank God the Spurs and Suns are out! I don't like them

Looks like Dallas has it in the bag. I didn't see this thread initially.

I think, for me, it was because I was banned for some days.

I can't fucking believe Miami won. What a comeback!

    Who would thunk it?

Shaq makes 2 free throws down the stretch......and Dirk...Dirk Nowitzki misses one to lose the game. Wtf?!

This is some shit outta a book or something.

    Dallas.

    Nowitzki.

    'Nuff said.

    Busyman-

Read the steroid thread and tell me what you think.

So far he has shown up for one game. Dallas needs more. Jason Terry bailed them out the first game with 32 points.

I still don't see Miami winning the series, however.

I do want them to win. I was never a Dallas Mavericks fan and really, who was? The Mavericks fan I knew (that was always a Mavericks fan) was a friend of mine who likes everything Dallas including the Cowboys.
Anyone else who is one around here became one in the last 3 years.

The winners bandwagon and all that.

    Dirk Nowitzki

    2 for 14 shooting.

    Dallas loses 98 - 74

The series is now tied 2 - 2 and now it moves back to Dallas.

If Dallas is going to win, Nowitzki has got to show up for more than one game. He is playing like basketball is not a contact sport.

So far, the clear MVP of series is Dywane Wade.

    He is playing excellent ball.

Btw, I didn't know you were a basketball fan really.

I assume when you were in Texas (before moving to your northern village compound) that you watched the Dallas Mavericks.

I say that 'cause previously you hawked on the play of Steve Nash and now Nowitzki. Both of them are easily in my top 10 players in the league.
