Both of them general tracker.
I used my friends account on uk-t. (he just has it 3 days than lost it a cheater)
As I remember there are 5000 users and good stufs for music on uk-t.
There are a few seeder/leecher.
If you are looking for just dvix/dvd releases Filelist better.
