Problem with PROXYZ

Please help me! All proxy web pages are blocked! or webmastes blocked them!!! In category I can see only Banned domains-proxy
I want to get in some web pages but I can't !!Default Acces!!!
I tride to view pages on list of proxy but all of them are blocked!
My webmaster is very smart or I'm very stupid
