i would like to have 2 sets of speakers connected to my pc - 1 with an extension lead to the living room so i can listen to the radio and use pandora.com in the living room, and one next to the pc itself..

is this possible? and how would i come about doing this?

Do you have an amp in the living room?

If so, you could take a lead from the line out socket to the aux input of the amp.
