Depends on exactly how high end your looking for..Highest end would prob be PC Power and Cooling but they are extremely exspensive.

I would highly recommend almost any Antec supply.

^ I sold one of those to a guy yesterday and he wanted to test it to make sure it worked before he took it home. So I hooked it up to one of the testers and you couldnt hear it at all!

Ok, i give you a recent guide to learn more about PSU's.
    Source

I recommend OCZ, BeQuiet (very quiet), Enermax (Liberty Series) and Seasonic. You can't go wrong...

If you want bang for the buck, LC Power Supersilent V2 Titan is an excelent choice. I have 1 and it's great - 560W, 36A@12V, 140mm fan, SLI/Crossfire, PCI-e, rock stable! about $70+-

    Stay

Both are pretty good, and quiet too.

What do you want this to provide power for. Give us a detailed list of components.

Yeah, in the shop I work at we use sparkle 300watt supplies for our custom builds (usually). It is pretty heavy and we never have any problems with them.
