sorry to break the news to you, but unless you get nothing less than a 7900GT, you won't be able to play FEAR on max, and the x800 and even 7600gt won't be able to handle UT2007 very well

Agreed.

the x800gto doesnt have shader model 3.0 so i'd avoid that. out of the list he brought up, i'd say go with the x1600xt. But seriously i'd save up for a 7900gt..

Well it depends. If you overclock your cpu (2.8GHz for ex.), ram, graphics card and add, say...plus 1 GB off ram, yes i think it will run those games with good graphics.
