Thread: BBQ Time

  1. #1

    Cool

    BBQ, what do you Like

I get my meat from my Local butcher, Icarus Hines
Sausages, Burgers, Chinese Style Pork Belly slices, chicken, steak.

I make my own kebabs using chicken, onions, mushrooms, peppers.
Sized & put on a skewer, and then I pour my homemade sauce on them & cook.

I like to make Bombay potatoes & Homemade Garlic Mushrooms, as side dishes.

Love salad stuff and potato salad & Coleslaw.

    Cheese: Dairylea cheese slices

Sauces: Ketchup, hellman's mayonnaise, English Mustard.

    Drink: Stella or Cider
The idiosyncratic syntax of riddles interests me

Um, I dunno how to make those
It tastes like they've been marinaded in mandarin sauce or something.

We buy them in Tesco's, part of their speciality range. Yum yum

    HAMBURGERS (White Castles)

    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 c. milk

Mix and spread thin on a cookie sheet with a lip. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Put buns over top and bake another 5 minutes.

I like charcoal, which is good because that's generally all I end up with.
