The FAQ says I need to copy and paste it using sig2dat. How do I do that and what does it mean? Also if someone would be nice enough to give me a step-by-step instruction onm what to do, I would really appreciaete it. Thanks in advance!

If the hash has a link in the first line, you should just be able to click on it and it should be added to your Kazaa transfer list. If there is no link, click and drag over all three lines so they're all selected. Right-click and select 'Copy'. Open sig2dat and press the 'Paste from Clipboard' button. This should add the file to your transfer list. You might need to restart Kazaa to see it.
