Prison Break Subtitles HELP

Hi there

I've been really trying to find srt's for this great serie.
The problem is that I just can't find srt's for the BLINK release!!

Episode 8 till 22 = LOL release and the subs are easy to find.

BUT

I got the episode 1,2,3,4 & 7 from BLINK and 5 & 6 From WAT

Can ANYONE please help me???
Dutch subtitles would be a dream but English would be great too!!!!!
