Hi, I had a listen and I'm afraid I have no idea. What you need is someone who knows a bit more about Europop/dance as I am mainly a Jazz listerner I'm not much help.

I don't think it's spanish, german comes to mind. I'm sure someone on here speaks the language that this is sung in, they could search google for the lirics and find out.
