If your ISP slows to a crawl while uploading, you should download the experimental client: http://ei.kefro.st/projects/btclient/
It allows you to control your upload speed.

i have the x-men 2 bin and cue files and they are both smaller that these..........unless its just a better quality that the one i have cause there like over 600mb a piece......
