Maybe the first post with the rules for the different tiers of membership in the Welcome thread needs to be updated so we know what the new rules are?

i think too that it would be useful if the rules were explained in a stick post at the top of the forum homepage, and please, keep it short, not like the usual terms of services of some companies :-)
