As I recall, the most important numbers are the amount of unique pageviews and unique visitors a site gets on an average day. We have Google Analytics code to keep track of these things, but I don't have access to that.

Actually quite genius.....

Not so much when you consider that 1. 95% of the extra post "traffic" we're getting is of minimal quality, 2. it will largely stop once everyone who lost access to NZBs has regained it, and 3. I've had to delete more spam posts in the last three days than in the last three months before this.

Someone made five threads asking why the download button was missing, for fuck's sake

I get what you are saying Anon, but i don't think there is a quality evaluation is there??
And really saying "Hello" or posting in the word section?? Really what is the difference (No offence to Bigboab rest his soul!!!)?? Other than you being pissed off thinking it is not a quality post to justify access to the NZB section?? Again i am just giving my opinion, being one of those people before i was sucked into sticking around by 2 great guys , or at least i think they both have wee wee's

Again because you delete the posts?? Does it take away the registered hits on the site?? Again i do think it was brilliant to do it, now if you have a 1000's, of people that need the posts?? It would be amazing to get even a handful to actually stay and contribute/Shoot the shit in any section right.......
Really Anon, you do have faith that people actually read what you post when it comes to links... That is your first mistake buddy

, i can say from experience that most people don't care and just want access to the NZB section fast and as easy as possible. Truly if you go to any Sites that rate NZB places, that is how this site is now advertised, and i am not sure if that is by accident or the way "Reality" wants it??

Please go to the "Netflix or Disney" or "what's your favorite sport" threads and tell me how many of the new posts within seem like they have at least minimal thought put behind them, or more than one word for that matter. Even if they are de facto used as spam threads and that activity is technically within the forum rules, it doesn't mean we should find it desirable or acceptable. I'd rather have a forum that gets only a few good posts every day rather than a few hundred "Netflix... baseball... thanks... can I NZB yet?".

Not that I hate people for it, though... when you have a "you need X posts to access feature Y" rule, this is what you get.

Not that I Dislike people for it, though... when you have a "you need X posts to access feature Y" rule, this is what you get.

A few good posts will not keep this site going Anon... And a word and some conversation in the "Word" section i assume you are not counting as undesirable.
And really if you go to most of the Private NZB sites, there is very very little chatter in the Forum Section

....It puzzles me as well when you look at some of the posts you speak of and see there answers??? What are the ages of some

...

I will add that most of the NZB sites that give a few free a day usually either make you click a "Thank You" button first and they only give you an NZB in a "Zip" form to download.. It actually kind of forces you to Join for being a pain in the ass!!!!....

Again "Reality" here is what is this sites actual main function?? Reading Idol's fantastic posts here and seeing his great participation in the "Word" section

, or the hard work that is done to produce massive "Hits" in the NZB section?? (Cabby, Toriless, and the few others). The same what is the bigger assets really when it comes to Staff/Crew??.. Do you think this place would still exists if there was no NZB section?? And if i remember.... Even before i did post here i did notice a big Torrent access thing?? Now that doesn't exists?? And most of the better Torrent sites are private or invite or just gone!!. What happened to all of those people???

Just making conversation and seeing what you think Anon....And really Anon.. I understand this place is called "File Sharing Talk", but there was always a purpose/agenda to come here with a side of few to shoot the shit!! But the masses??

Edit: Another thing Anon... I see there is a ton of people registered, is there a system that purges ones that have zero traffic for a period of time?? or they just sit in limbo??....
