I've searched so many trackers but can't seem to find any, give me a name and I'll have a look on Torrentspy

    Please and thanks

If you have a Firewall like Zone Alarm Pro and use Firefox as your browser, you won't have to worry about pop ups.

Perhaps zak prefers IE to FF; I do.

Outpost Firewall and Kaspersky Internet Security both have efficient ad and popup blocking ability.
The first thing to do, however, is change IE's popup blocker settings to block all except those from sites you specify.
Add FST and Google to the allowed sites as a start and add others as you see fit, when the need arises. You can always remove sites from the list if you find they're taking the piss - I have with Tesco and Argos

I have Firefox and it blocks most pop-ups. There are some pop-ups that still get through the blocker, which annoys the hell out of me.

Firefox lets a lot of pop up through. I used to use this pop up blocker pro but i cant find that anymore. That blocked everything.
