Graphics card suggestions?

My PC really is starting to struggle with all the new games, and i was thinking of upgrading the graphics card but i have a pretty tight budget and so i'd like to get some suggestions as to which would be best value AGP card for money.

Right now i have a 128MB 9800 pro. I have a budget of about £100 ($190 straight conversion, to put it in perspective it's about the same amount for a DS lite). So far i've been looking at 6800 and 6600's, though i'm not sure if the 6600 is that much better than my 9800.

save up for a bit more, save another $50 or so, and get a 7600GT.

7600GT>850pro by a long shot: the 7600GT supports SM3.0 and has much better performance.

nVidia GeForce 7600GT is OK

I can't seem to find the 7600GT in AGP form, i do however see a 512MB 7600GS at several places for about £100. Any thoughts on this card? If my memory serves me correct GS isn't really that good...

-edit- Nevermind, found one well known place that has the GT available to preorder for £120
