ok i am a complete n00b to this bittorent stuff, so i woud really appreciate it if someone could answer my questions
I have read the FAQ on the bittorent website and i have also read how to share my files but i am still not sure how to. Apparently i need a tracker first
Where do i get these from, where do i put them, and how do i use them?
In fact, any help on how to set up bittorent to share and receive files would be mighty helpful

ok this is slightly scary, apparently i am uploading at 9kbs, although fuck knows what as i have no idea how to put files available to upload
can someone please help a dumb bittorent n00b?
EDIT: Ok I have worked some stuff out, the trackers are form places like www.torrentse.cx and they are like hashes correct? as in they start up bittorent and start downloading
I also worked out from some faqs how to "seed" files or create them using this little app thing which creates .torrent files.
I also worked out that what i was uploading before was the parts of the files i was already downloading, now i dont want to leech so am i being ok by letting people upload this off me?
Oh yeah, and do some of the other people downloading know something i dont? cause i see them getting speeds of 200kbps and vice city at the mo is going at........4kbps I am using the same tracker as everyone else i think, anybody know why this is going so slow?

@rgx: whats your download speed? Did you cap your download speed in the settings for your bittorrent client?
