    There's far fewer sparks with the paper clip method, it works better and is easier to disconnect, reconnect when required.

    To disconnect the wrapped wires is a pain in the arse, to disconnect the paperclip method you simply pull on the wire, ooer missus, and it comes apart, leaving the paperclip in one of the wires.
    Actually if its gotta be "permanent" might as well install a switch

    I wonder what colour the ped is and if it has lots of mirrors and whether or not the owner has a parker jacket.
