Do irc downloads support resume.And if they do does it have to be from the original file .I'm not sure of the terminology original "bot" the person whom you originaly started the download from or can you restart the download off anyone...Any help greatly appreciated Thankyou...

IRC downloads can be resumed, but usually this requires a setting somewhere in the options. You have a choice of overwrite, or continute and resume. The latter is the one you want.
