This isn't gonna help you, cause you don't know where on your MB to find this. Move jumper from set positions 1&2 to 2&3 for 5 sec then back. Or vice versa.

right i download the manul.
So i dont remove the battery,right?
I just change the jumper for 5 secs?
I really need this confirmed

That's right. Just connect for 5 secs or more and the put the jumper back where it was. Turn the power back on and try it.
Please tell us if it works.

movein the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 4 5 secs
In my manual it says:
U can clear CMOS by shortin 2-3 pin while the system is off
Does this mean off at the mains or off as in power still on after press the on button?

People what u have been saying has worked but:
1.my keyboard freezes on the startup screen (so i cant set the cmos)
2.My monitor still doesnt come on it does sometimes though
