I think of it like this, just like any other business.

Yeah, well, I'm pretty sure this place wasn't made to be a business, or to make money.

Some cawk was entrusted with administrating it when the person who created it had to move on, and that cawk then sold it on.

I should really be given some special stars if my hardly earned money is going towards the upkeep of this forum. A new user title wouldn't go amiss either, something like "Forum Trustee".

Boards don't necessarily make money. I know a few that are paid for almost entirely by the admins. None as big as this but a lot of fansites etc
