m8 for nero just click file>write image and select ur cue file..
but ur best bet would be to use a prog called vcdgear

cosmok if u read the post i have used vcdgear and dameon tools but there shit quality thats why i wrote this post!

Burning it to CD will make absolutely no difference. It will be precisely the same quality it was when you watched it before.

i have tryed to open this bin files in my pc and then the movies was in bad
quality,
but when i burned it to cd using nero and played it in my pc/dvd his
quality was gr8 [im talking on svcd/vcd screener ver, and not cam ver]
so this is my donatian have fun ...
