Spectrum actually, I always wanted to play the C64 version because it had colour graphics and cooler features. I downloaded it a few years back for PC (I think...) just to complete it for old times sake.

The tape version I had back then was bugged so you couldn't do any of the latter dungeons.

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings

For the BBC, it was dire. But it came with the Fellowship of the Rings book which kickstarted my Tolkien interest, which in turn led me to Middle Earth Role Playing games.....which was nice

It was either Fallout 2 or Baldur's Gate for me. They made the RPG my favourite genre.

I'd say Zelda LttP as that got me into RPG's, even if some people don't consider it to be one.

If not that then the FFV Rom, I was addicted to that like a junkie.
