How could I make this (deviceID) variable specifically in the plugin enviroments?

I don't really know ASM and the next best thing is the flash 7 sdk+source from adobe. But thats a waiting game.

Unless i dont understand you , I know that Flash Player is closed source, so what excatly are you talking about?
