Look at the pre on this torrent at FTN...

It takes at least 20 secs to create a torrent, and even more to SFV check it. Let's say the SFV check took 10 secs. And let's say that it took him 5 secs to upload the torrent. That would mean it took him 18 secs to download a 694.17MB file, which would equal 38.565MB/s.

To classify something as better, it depends on what you prefer. Fast 0day pre's, fast pipes, Foreign releases, friendly community, kiddie stuff, etc etc. I for one, is still on the search for anything better than ADC (love asian dvdrs), despite their slow speeds.

As far as I know it's a script that automatically does everything you said.

But anyway that's damn fast. I bet some axx ftp's get their releases later than ftn
