I think you should go in Batman style, grab the headboss by the collar, lift him up against the wall, and tell him. "Stop being a big meanie, or I'll break your legs". Then drop a smoke bomb and jump out the window shooting your grappling hook on to a nearby groteque and spread your batwings for a dramatic exit.
