Seeing as how they are replying to you at all, and all. That means that you should be able to report them to some consumer rights-thingie and at least screw with them a little.

This company debits card immediately but and then fails to supply the goods.Difficult to get through to anyone by telephone and refund was only finally achieved by registering official written complaint to Barclaycard. Not even threatening Police investigation had any effect. Avoid this company like the Plague.

This one reported it to the credit card company. If the company took care of his or their end of the transfer I've no idea, tho.

i suggest that you gather some info about the company that you're trying to do some business with (before you actually do it ). on the other hand, buy only from those that are well known and have good feedback from (real) customers
