you should screenshot this page, include that thred link you did, and post them both in the scammers section.
Either he is trying to get multiple TL accounts, which for any reason is against the rules, or he was lying about having a TL account in the first place to scam someones FL account.

I suppose i did jump the gun a little, i later realized his initial account could've been pruned for inactivity.
Or as you said, just gave it away and needed another.
