    I don't want it to do this drop down box of previous searches. Is this a cookies thing or something?

    You need to turn off Auto Complete in your Browser.

    that is the correct answer, i just did it for my friend like 30 min ago, he had to many pron searchs told him he needs to use booble for that
    go to the options and just look through them for auto complete, i didnt read to see whather you were on ie or firefox
