i put swebits in 2, because they have open signups alot, when users get pruned and the userbase drops below 50k. i had no probs whatsoever signing up. so i you try more often, you'll probably get in fast

What's this mean? level 5 S**, U***, and level 4 F**, FB, E***o, etc. and level 3 F*C, TT, IT, PT etc., can someone explain these?
