I'm looking for a program that can create some sort of dropdown menu on my desktop where I can add a list of program shortcuts.

I've tried ObjectBar but I couldnt get it to work properly + It's shareware

What's wrong with the one built-in Windows: Right click you taskbar>Toolbars>New Toolbar.

Just had a look at ObjectBar. Looks interesting, and thought maybe it was just a small proggie. It's actually quite big is'nt it. Couldn't find the latest version anywhere in the usual places.
What version did you try I.K.E?

    Rocket dock.

Maybe a dock could work for you?

    Otherwise: WinMac
