Political correctness is based on the principle that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I think a law saying you couldn't eat broccoli (unless it was actually harmful to public health) would be unconstitutional As for what it takes to pass a law, one needs the majority of the House of Reps (of which the total is 435) and a majority of the senate (of which the total is 100). The President can veto the law, however. The only recourse the senate has is to pass the law with a 2/3 majority, which makes it so the President can't sign it.

For some people, broccoli is torture.

    Carrot juice constitutes murder.

things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

Just to clarify something regarding torture, Bush has a minor point.

The way many people are making torture, anything is torture.

Some Muslims find it torturous to be interogated by a women or wear women's underwear.

Soon you won't be able to use harsh language.

    /end rant

    Off topic.
