    When I reach 24 KB/s or a bit higher, my download seams to stop. The estimated time stays the same and the download/upload rate also stays the same!
    Does my really download stop?

    This happens from time to time. Keep in mind BitTorrent can share partial downloads. Your connection is probably waiting for another peer with parts you need.

    So if I let the BitTorrent window stay open, will it then start downloading again?

    (I have tried to close the BitTorrent window and then start it up again, and then it starts downloading again)
