grabit speed question

i have a 20/5 connection verizon fios...their news server has about a 7-8 day retention, 8 connections, uncapped speeds, unlimited downloads..its perfect for my needs

if i download an nzb movie it takes about 25-30 min for a dvd 5


im guessing that speed is good....20-35 min for a dvd 5?

it averages around 2500-3000 KB/s....is that speed good considering my connection...i mean im happy with it but just wondering how long it takes other people with around the same connection speed



also....when i try full updating my groups its alot slower...why is this?

With that connection, the fastest you should be able to download is around 2500 KB/s
