Well for music... not really. Maybe very specific sites like lossless sites or sites dedicated to one genre (ie, TranceTraffic I believe) can, but with a current 92,000 torrents growing by 800-1200 per DAY, I don't honestly see anything better.

Nothing, would really compare to Oink IMO.
