    Call me stupid ive just downloaded grabit and it is asking me to enter my news server address that was provided by my internet provided,
    can any tell me how to find this,im sorry if you think im stupid but im only just started to work all this out.and it all sound complicated, but i will keep on trying until i set up everything i need.

    Read your ISP's website. If you ISP provides a newsserver the name will be listed on their site somewhere.
