Sean Connery's last great role was in 1990,but Peta Wilson can suck me any time she likes.

    Commence breath holding....NOW!

Let's see...in the past few days I've watched-
The Lost Boys- Keifer Sutherland shows flashes of his brilliance to come. Much like Malcolm McDowell, I think Sutherland will age into a great bad guy.
Incredibly dated haircuts, clothes and special effects.

Lake Placid-surprisingly meh for a movie that stars a 30ft crocodile. I've no more tolerance for scary flicks that make the characters consistently do the stupidest things when under pressure. If the 5 year old in the seat behind you knows not to go back in the water then why doesn't the "croc expert"?

Nurse Betty- a trifle with Morgan Freeman and Renee Zellweger, two actors I'll watch in almost anything.

Knocked Up- sporadically amusing but not enough to jump on the Apatow bandwagon. Completely predictable once disbelief that Catherine Heigl would EVER hook up with Seth Rogan is suspended.

Short Circuit- I gave up after 20 minutes. Even then I could see the inevitability of the Sheedy/ Guttenberg romance and I'd already decided that Robot5 was a weeny.

Just to lift my spirits I treated myself to another viewing of Serenity...it never fails to remind me why I like to watch movies.

BTW...Idol, I assume you were referring to Hunt For Red October?

I like Sean Connery but his imposing presence makes it hard for him to not appear to be parodying himself at times.
He did do a couple of of my favorite movies though, The Man Who Would Be King and Robin and Marion.

Forget Connery Shaman Steve Guttenburg is God.
I think that six Police Academy movies more than prove my point(okay he was only in 3 but his legacy lives on).

Yeah Red October clocker I'm a sucker for Jack Ryan.

Inside Man- Denzel Washington, Clive Owen and Jodie Foster.
An extremely clever movie about a bank robbery. I watched it twice just to see if I had been cheaply misled but no, it played fair, I just wasn't as smart as it was.

The three main leads are all big-time Hollywood stars and it shows...they're great.

    I watched "Charlie Bartlett" yesterday.
It's very good, I recommend it.
The guy plays very well his role and
in other hand, the OST I think it's great.
Sorry for my English, it's not my mother language.
