Looking for loopholes
Finally after many years got round to watching Dustin Hoffman in Sphere. It was a bit pish but not nearly as bad as I had been led to believe.

Galaxy Quest
A great Sci Fi comedy (making fun of Star Trek). Imo it was better than Space Balls.

I actually liked Galaxy Quest a lot. Managed to be a sendup and pretty exciting at the same time. Very hard to accomplish that. Course it always helps to have some great actors ( Tim Allen notwithstanding) helping out.

Yeah. Most comedies go for 2 hours of laugning. No ordinary person does that. Here there was a story. A funny one but still it was not laughs all the time.I actually liked Galaxy Quest a lot. PS: The effects were cool and the bad guys really looked great!

It's been a while since I've watched any movies.
BTW, Galaxy Quest was a pretty funny movie, but my DVD player kept freezing (my DVD player sucked).
