Thread: What is the latest movie you watched and what did you think of it?

  1. #3951
The latest movie I watched was "The Count of Monte Cristo (2002)". It is an excellent movie with a riveting story and great actors. This is the second time I watched the movie and it was still as good as I remembered it to be. So if someone hasn't watched it, my advice it do watch it now.

    I am four
I thought it kinda sucked. More of a teenager movie with no plot and bad special effects. 6.4 on iMDB I think not how about a 3.2?

    The Lost Skeleton Returns Again.

A loving homage to cheesy 1950's sci-fi movies. TLSRA features horrible rubber monster suits (zipper prominently displayed), an alien couple, man-eating plants and a cantaloupe worshipping tribe of natives.
The dialogue ranges from absurdly stilted and explanatory to blithely hilarious ("Oh look, trilobites!") and was probably improvised on the spot.
    The actors really work it.

A side note of no particular merit...where ever they filmed this, it's absolutely beautiful.
Probably a park around LA or something but really, really nice.

    The Time Traveler's Wife

This was a pretty good movie. I'd say it's one of the best I've seen in a while.

Watched 1979's "The Black Hole" - The people that made Tron Legacy are re-vamping for next year.

Been quoted as one of the films that got Christopher Nolan in to film making.
