    Hi qwweee
what vb is asking....is a little more detail so he can give
you an answer to your question.
we are not there with you.....we need to know some things
what type of pc(some listing of hardware)
how old is your burner...name---brand,model number and type of disk used

we know nero has ability to change speed...you are just using a default setting...which can be changed.

simple answers are possible, but you must provide a description of what you are doing...and not just say
disk is stalling....help yourself by helping us understand
    "what do you have?"

im not good with computer and dont know always what you mean in your questions, and i dont know how to check hardware.
but i can tell you my burner is not very new, X52 i think and it is a regular one (not dvd burner)

please have patience, do not respond with another question or general comment

the best approach would be if you had more knowledge of your system

You cannot burn a DVD if you don't have a DVD burner.

You first call it a DVD and now you call it a CD?
