I'm down to 2-3 cigarettes a day so I'm quitting.

It'll be hard but it's for the benefit of me and any children I may have

I'll keep you posted how it goes

Good luck mate, it's the best thing you'll ever do for you and your's.

Bearing in mind that it's not only the direct health advantages. Children of smokers are very much more likely to smoke themselves.

Not actually smoke their own body, that's just mad talk. Take up smoking like.

GL, Skweeky. It's unfeasibly difficult but even cutting down gives you a real sense of achievement.

I'm still smoking at the weekends in the pub but not outside of it nor during the week. On Mondays, it's a nightmare for me because I want to smoke, but it gets better as the week goes on. I prolly smoke about 15-20 ciggies a week now.

I've heard from a reliable source that smoking will be banned in pubs in Wales next April, so I'll be able to give up totally. Huzzah
I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

Good for you, and good luck!

Will power is all you need.

Edit: Unlike *ahem* fartmonger, I know I won't ever smoke again. Some people struggle with it every day for the rest of their lives, but I don't even think about it. In fact, I absolutely cannot stand it now.

    A power ring would help.
Lookit, it's one of those things that shows the music I listen to is better than you:
