Posting requests and uploading files

I used the sticky tutorial on how to use the powerpost 2000 to upload files and make requests, i followed it to exactly. The files reads ok and says that it has been posted, but when i check the alt.bin where it is supposed to be, nothing of mine is there. Could someone help me, also could someone explain to me how to post text to a alt.bin for requesting using newsleecher? Thanks

When I post on giganews I can see the files once I retrieve headers but it isn't searchable on any search engine right away.
